The Pennsylvania Health Care Cost Containment Council (PHC4) has released its latest Hospital Performance Report, covering 177 Pennsylvania hospitals from October 1, 2005 to September 30, 2006.
The new report includes information about risk-adjusted mortality, readmissions, and lengths of hospitalization (stay), as well as hospital charges. Hospital performance is evaluated across 31 common medical procedures and treatments. Data [...]
