Reserve a Library Meeting Room or Learning Resources Classroom

Scott Library offers two meeting facilities for free use by members of the Jefferson community. In addition, AISR Learning Resource offers several electronic classrooms and viewing/group study rooms.

Please use the online reservation form to reserve the AISR Learning Resources facilities.

• AISR Classroom 200B
  20 seats at optional work tables; no individual workstations; instructor's workstation with screen projection, no printing. Wireless access.
  Food and beverages are allowed in this room.
  
  
• AISR Conference Room 308
  15 seats at one long conference table; instructor's workstation with screen projection, no printing; no individual workstations. Wireless access. Food and beverages are allowed in this room.
  

Reservations to support coursework or examinations are given priority. Other uses are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

When not required for course support, these meeting rooms are available for rent to other organizations. Fees vary according to profit/nonprofit status of the organization.
