The National Genealogical Society is a service organization that leads and educates the genealogical community while assisting members in tracing family histories. Included in the Society's Library is a collection of records from the American Medical Association covering physicians who died between 1906 and 1969. For a $15 fee, the Society will perform a search of these records for a particular name. A search form is available online at: http://ngsgenealogy.org/library/Deceasedphysicians.htm under "Deceased American Physician's Records."

Find a Grave
http://www.findagrave.com/index.html
While mainly touting a listing of graves of the famous, the list has expanded to include less well-known individuals. The searchable database allows searches by name, birth or death dates, location, or reason for fame.

Cemetery Records Online
